Samsung Refrigerator Not Cooling in Hermosa Beach

A Samsung refrigerator in Hermosa Beach kept freezing in the freezer but stopped cooling the fresh-food section. A failed evaporator fan motor was replaced, restoring normal cooling.
What was going wrong
At a home in Hermosa Beach, the freezer section of this Samsung refrigerator was still freezing properly, but the fresh-food compartment was no longer cooling as it should.

We found that the evaporator fan motor had failed. Without it, cold air could not circulate from the freezer into the refrigerator section.
How we fixed it
We replaced the defective fan motor with a new OEM evaporator fan assembly.
After the repair, we tested airflow and temperature operation and confirmed that normal cooling was restored.
