3. Service Requests

Submitting a form, calling, emailing, or texting Smart Solutions LLC does not guarantee an appointment, repair, parts availability, or specific arrival time. Appointment availability depends on schedule, service area, technician availability, appliance type, and other business factors.

4. Service Call Fees

Smart Solutions LLC charges a service call fee for professional diagnostics and technician visit. The residential service call fee is $100. The commercial service call fee is $125. When a repair is approved, the service call fee may be applied toward the approved repair cost.

5. Diagnostics and Estimates

Our technicians diagnose the appliance issue and provide an estimate before approved repair work begins. Estimates may change if additional problems, hidden damage, inaccessible components, unavailable parts, or unsafe operating conditions are discovered.

6. Repair Authorization

Repair work begins only after customer approval. By approving a repair, you authorize Smart Solutions LLC to perform the agreed work and agree to pay the approved charges.

7. Parts Availability

Some repairs depend on parts availability from manufacturers, suppliers, or distributors. Smart Solutions LLC is not responsible for manufacturer delays, discontinued parts, backordered parts, or supplier availability issues.

8. Warranty on Approved Repairs

Approved repairs include a 90-day warranty on parts and labor, unless otherwise stated in writing. Warranty coverage applies only to the specific repair performed and does not cover unrelated failures, pre-existing conditions, customer misuse, improper installation by others, power issues, water damage, pest damage, or declined recommended repairs.

9. Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the approved estimate, invoice, or service agreement. Smart Solutions LLC may require payment at the time of service, deposit before ordering parts, or payment upon completion, depending on the job.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smart Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including food loss, business interruption, lost revenue, or property loss not directly caused by our work.

11. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the appliance, accurate contact information, parking or access instructions when needed, and disclosure of known appliance issues, prior repair attempts, leaks, electrical problems, or unsafe conditions.

12. Communication Consent

By submitting a service request or contacting Smart Solutions LLC, you agree that we may contact you by phone, email, or text message regarding your service request, scheduling, estimate, repair status, and related follow-up communication.
